Jay “VideoHero” Ridley
James “VideoHero” Ridley is an award-winning filmmaker from Spencer, Ok. As a self-taught videographer and editor, he initially made a name for himself shooting music videos and weddings. He has directed over 10 independent films and series, with his most notable works Bigger Than Me: My Life with ALS winning the Best Documentary Award in the New Orleans Black film festival, and Riding Legacy: An Oklahoma Black Cowboy Story winning the Audience Award at deadCenter Film festival. VideoHero prides himself on creating original films giving the necessary exposure to his community as well as being one of three pioneers to the National Black Cowboy Rodeo Awards & Gala.
