Kian Taylor

Kian Taylor is a film director, cinematographer and editor known for working on media outlets such as Sports Emmy Award Nominated The Pivot Podcast and Ryan Clarks DB Precision. He was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. He served 5 years in the Navy as a Naval Aircrewman Special Warfare Operator where he did patrol and reconnaissance. After his career in the Navy, he furthered his studies at the University of Oklahoma majoring in Industrial Engineering. In 2023, He also directed a documentary “Riding Legacy: An Oklahoma Black Cowboy Story” alongside James “VideoHero” Ridley and Nicole Jocleen which was shown at five film festivals including the American Black Film Festival (2023).
